A bozo from Twitter was watching a live video stream of @jack and thought he was posting from Moscow because the time on his clock was not a time in the USA. The time came from Jack's Bitcoin Blockclock that shows how sats per USD. Dude then blocked everyone that told him he was wrong. It became a great meme.
