@kaia And "Hartz IV" means "technically not slavery" or something. It's a beautiful language, but sometimes difficult to translate
@kaia Well ... No. (Payment is of course often an issue. But in many areas it is about the fact that there are e.g. 30 open positions and 5 suitable candidates. With payment and conditions you can regulate WHO gets the candidates, but not that all positions are filled. All in all "Fachkräftemangel" is not a subject area that lends itself well to blanket generalizations.)
