What would you actually rather have, $1000 cash, or $1000 sketchy ecash you can only use between a few people you really really trust, then have to onboard all outside recipients (soldiers, officials, someone from next town, etc)? 

 i can c++ circular econ here already & use. depends, like i said on the *willing participants and available tools.  not onboarding anyone unless they ask
