I like the idea of cold weather. The jeans, boots, cozy coats, and all my yarn things. In reality, I look like a crazy bag lady and can't get warm π€·ββοΈπ

I lost almost 70 lbs over a couple years π€·ββοΈ. I'm not quite pre-menopausal but my time is coming ππ. Hot flashes are hitting though and I just want to crawl in the freezer.

Layering doesnβt help? Itβs a miraculous change to wear like a form fitting tank top under a form fitting short sleeved shirt under a long sleeved shirt, and leggings under pants.
It does, but I don't ever think about it. Lol, or here we have like 30-40 degree temp swings so in the morning it's "oh ok I'll wear all the warm things and be good" then by noon it's 80+ and you're dying ππ€·ββοΈ. I'm a I'd rather be too cold than too hot and start glistening (as ladies do since we don't sweat π)
Oh yes, there have definitely been days where I started out with all that stuff on and delayered down to the tank top π€£
I always wear the stained ones because no one is going to see it ππ. Oops π€·ββοΈ
