Help me get started. I can do 15-20 no problem now but do not lift weights regularly like I did 15 years ago.
15-20 push ups that's really good Jason. Best advice I can give you is just keep doing push ups. Consistency is key 🫡
 What's a hand release?
When your chest touches the ground, instead of going back up right away, you release the hands off the floor and extend the arms. Then you bing back your arms and do another push up
Interesting. Ill give that a shot.
I like them for warming up
Extend arms near the head or to the side?
Same direction as your head. To the front
 Got it. 🫡
