Day 242 of #100pushups done 20 hand release before sets 8x12 regular during sets With chest & back strength training
I did the first month. How are your gains?
Help me get started. I can do 15-20 no problem now but do not lift weights regularly like I did 15 years ago.
What's a hand release?
When your chest touches the ground, instead of going back up right away, you release the hands off the floor and extend the arms. Then you bing back your arms and do another push up
Interesting. Ill give that a shot.
