You can use either one on its own? 

Sending and receiving in amethyst are two seperate configurations. You can configure service A for receiving and service B for sending but then you have to move funds yourself between A and B.

 I guess if I can use alby to recieve zaps as well as send them, I can get rid of Coinos. I wasn't sure if that was possible. I'll look closer tomorrow.

 Absolutely. Both support nwc and both offer a lightning address.. So you can just roll with one of them!

 BTW.. Alby will be sunsetting their custodial wallet soon. Your own lightning node or their paid hosted solution will be needed after that. 

So maybe better rolling with coinos?
