Took the family camping with some friends this weekend and the night skies were incredible. I took this photo just holding my phone with a 10 second exposure. Surprised it came out this well, but there were probably 10 times more stars visible to the eye. Amazing. Was nice being away from the city lights.

Light pollution in the cities hides like 99.9 percent of the stars. Nothing we can do about it as we need those lights.
