Even without LND there are 18! And LND users such as Strike are supporting it through the LNDK project.

Well Strike only supports send because it is using LNDK which only supports send currently. Hopefully someone adds receive to LNDK or LND itself supports it next year.
Cashu bolt12 send and receive is almost there, specced out and successfully tested.
