" no i am not against G-d i am against idiots and murderers. the reasoning i am agreeing with is not "behind carnivore" any more than it is behind "paleo" or "keto" or any other fad diet. all those fad diets are APPROPRIATING this good reasoning into their own brand of BULLSHIT just like every religion claims to be the one true path to G-d. i don't need any CHARLATANS constructing bullshit mythology around science that i already know without them - because you know what happens ? eventually there is an edge case ( there always is ) where the science and mythology disagree, and the charlatans and zealots always side with mythology over science. for example in case of Carnivore the problem occurs because steak+water diet contains ZERO vitamin C which is a nutrient humans MUST consume in the diet - so what do carnivores do ? they simply WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE claim that when you're on a carnivore diet the Vitamin C requirement is waived ! just like that ! convenient, huh ? there has never been a single study that shows that carnivores do not need Vitamin C. all carnivores have is " well i don't take Vitamin C and i am fine " but we don't know if they actually don't take Vitamin C or if they are actually fine. it's just their word. at best Carnivores were able to show that they need LESS vitamin C than people on SAD but when i think what would be less than 100 milligrams a day i don't think ZERO milligrams. but this issue is not unique to Carnivore diets. ALL fad diets are like this and i oppose ALL of them. i also oppose government dietary advice and even scientific studies ( which are almost always rigged ). i stand only with pure reason, because unlike most people i am lucky enough to have it. @Mike Dilger
the other point i been meaning to make is that "nourishment" is indeed a valid concern FOR GROWING ORGANISMS or up to about age 20. in the beginning of one's life getting enough nutrients should be the primary consideration, otherwise you risk STUNTING. grain based diets are HORRIBLE for children because they quite directly lead to stunting which is endemic in countries like India that have diets that contain little meat. sadly we do everything exactly wrong - we feed our children cereal because it's cheap - and then when we grow up and start to make our own money we begin to eat steak, when it is already too late to reap the maximum benefits of it ( you won't grow any taller as an adult ). there is a saying that youth is wasted on the young ... well steak is wasted on the adults. yes steak is good but fully grown adults do not need to eat steak on top of steak on top of steak like retarded degenerate carnivores do. the amount of steak Shawn Baker eats could save probably 20 children from stunting but offers him little benefit. yes Baker is a good athlete but 99% of top athletes do just fine without carnivore diet. he posts sickening videos of himself consuming all these steaks and degenerate carnivores applaud them. fucking scum.
