Are on chain #btc transactions taking a long time for anyone else. I've had one pending for 4 days now...yrs I selected the lower fee (~300 sats) but damn.

 What fee rate? I think under 4 sat/vbyte it will never confirm because there's too much demand from spammers at that rate. 

 Yeah that's probably it. It looks like it's 2.05 sat/vbyte.
