 I had the same issue, and only recovered 7 sats. You'd say it's definitely from the update yesterday? It shows that Calle posted a day ago to me.

 This is my best guess, most likely there is a series of steps having to do with indexes that will find the remaining balance. Just wait for the dev to respond.
