 Fresh cooked food yes it must be piping hot.
I will eat just about anything that was cooked, cold out of the fridge.
When I was a kid I never heated "chef Boyardee" canned food, just open & eat?

 I’m not only a hot food maxi, but a hot food snob. Hot foods not only need to be hot again, but reheated in the ideal fashion. For example, anything supposed to be crispy (like skin-on chicken) goes in the oven or toaster oven, never the microwave.
