This is scary to say the least; especially when the dictates around speech are so ill conceived and ambiguous. Anything you say can be used against you. I am not a pessimistic or the person that always puts himself in the worst case scenario, but this had me thinking and prevention is better than cure. It looks like there is no “overcautious” in this time and age.
