In fairness I'd had a coupla road sodas and forgot how much the PH weighed. You get used to the tent inner being wet in the rain though.

8lbs for one item is alot if you’re backpackin, but that’s partly why it’s not a backpacking tent. My pack was already 21lbs without food or water, and that’s with a 2lb 10oz 2-person tent.
