Morning Nostriches!

Going to be a slow day in the loan mine today, it’s my last day before vaca, I’m off until the day after thanksgiving.

Next 2 days are going to be spent getting ready for a turkey party. Turkeys have less fun at this party than I. We’ll send 8 birds off to families for their holiday celebrations & get some of our city friends out for an experience they don’t normally get to have.

Enjoy the vacation 

 Gotta clean, get the yard ready & send birds to freezer camp, gonna be a ton of work… can’t wait! 

 Raise your own poultry?  Helped do that for five years - chickens. 

 These are turkeys. I have chickens too, but they’re egg layers. We’re keeping them 

 Nice. Enjoy! 

 And, not sure where you are located, but if close enough, maybe I could buy a turkey next year. I’m in Northern Indiana.
