I don’t think most people care about technical details , censorship etc. 

 Onboarding for newbies.
Like a Wikipedia or a library for nostr.. a place where you can find all the miniapps by doing a content search. 
Should be the place to go when you search new things or everything #nostr related 

 Visual representation/explanation of what the protocol is, what it allows, what it can currently do for the user, and what it aspires to do/become.  

 Demos sorted by use cases, get the users to the aha moment 

 Also we could have some form of social proof showing the number of users nostr has

 i like the landing page on loom.com    the design is cool  modern and they having a bit of a different approach to explain their product. 

and content should be easy to understand   and from there then you can link to the developer page
