Plebs, plez I'm going to need some recommendations for a good whisky to celebrate this "harving"
What’s your favorite whiskey region?
Kentucky or gfy. 😁
Sir, that’s called “bourbon.”
Bourbon is whiskey, right?
Yes but whiskey isn’t bourbon! Mindfuck
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
BTW, I tried the Tour of Scotland that is available at Costco, scotch whiskey. Good god, absolutely horrible to my palette... Tastes like grass and mudpies. I like sweet and smooth Kentucky corn flavor.
I don't do liquor, but my man @ralf or @Brad S can help here.
I like the Bunnhabain 12yo
If you have access, this is one of my go-to’s. https://i.nostr.build/wG2OL.jpg
This is good but I pretty much don't drink anymore
It's ok, it's for me
Lagavullin 16 go for that
I have a bottle that's nearly finished, Or is it 18 I can't remember
14 year Oban or Port Charlotte from the Bruiladdich distillery.
The only one you need unless your into Pete https://m.primal.net/HxLk.jpg
I submit that alcohol is too high time preference for proper Bitcoiners. I used to tie it on hard. Now that I'm sober and I hang out with the ol' boys past 11pm when I can't understand what they're saying and if I can it's the same story for the 11th time, I'm like "shit son, that was me". I know not everyone goes that hard but the point remains intact. Alcohol is high time preference.
We talking Scotch, Bourbon, or Rye?
There are types??
Whiskey
YES 🥃
Knob Creek or Maker's Mark are pretty good
No, they are not 😂
They've never let me down! Not too cheap and not too expensive. What do you suggest? I'm not the biggest whiskey drinker
Talisker 12 yr
She's a good one, I've made love to her before
Bushmill’s 25 year
