@9042307f I’ve actually found that a good number of people I routinely interacted with on Twitter around a few specific topics seem to have made the move to Threads. Particularly some of the folks involved with marketing / communications who very often already had a presence on Instagram. Some of those folks are also here on Mastodon, or in some cases tried it out, but many seem to have chosen Threads for their new online home. So there are people there for me to interact with. 

 @9b033548 Are you finding your main timeline is filled with people you follow or random celebrities? I have quite a few people I follow there, but never see their posts. Don’t know if it’s because they’re not posting a lot or if Threads prioritizes celebrity content. 

 @9042307f I don't see any celebrities in my Threads timeline. It's all people I know or follow.
