 Yes, allow users to set limits blow which they wont see the zapvertisement.

 It's a great idea to make spam more friendly.  I prefer that to having 2 or 3 people constantly publishing links.  At least you receive 1 or 2 sats, they don't dirty the feed and you can choose if you are interested in what they want you to read.  Totally in favor of #zapertising
