I've had the privilege of working with one such amazing client since last June - quick responses, swift content approvals, and always showering me with constructive feedback. But, a couple of weeks ago, my manager dropped the bombshell that this gem of a client would be transferred to another team. š
Of course, I was a bit bummed out, but I accepted the decision gracefully. I didn't utter a word to the client as it was up to my manager to break the news. But guess what happened today?! š
My manager called me for a video chat and shared something extraordinary - when she informed the client about the change, he categorically refused! He insisted on continuing to work with ME, even if it meant changing the entire strategy. š²
So, drumroll, please... I'm over the moon to announce that I'm still on board with this wonderful client, thanks to his insistence! šš¼
In my 10 years of experience, this is the FIRST time someone has fought to keep me on their team, and it's an incredibly heartwarming feeling.
