Finished watching Ancient Apocalypse Season 2 last night.

Conclusion? Basically a nothing-burger.

Constant grasping at straws without any real evidence for anything. Leaping from one incoherent thought to another.

Why did he invite Keanu there? Sensationalism. It’s just a show for entertainment. I can see why nobody takes this person seriously.

The whole “they don’t want me to speak out” is the same lame showmanship used by every charlatan ever.

But, I will say it was entertaining at times. One of the people he interviewed was a guest on Lex’s podcast who is actually legit and way more knowledgeable. He talks about the prehistoric people in a more comprehensive way that doesn’t scream “I’m a fraud”.

6/10 for entertainment value.
So it's a lot like Ancient Aliens, then? 👀
Sounds like Roger ver tactics 🤔 😆 🤣
 They all behave this way
Graham Hancock is a joke. He's the archeology version of that Ancient Aliens guy with the crazy hair. Actually, I think both shows were produced by the same company. It's mindless fodder for conspiracy theorists. Lots of big, bold claims, and outrageous conjecture masquerading as fact.
 Pretty much

if you want to read an interesting and actually pretty well researched hypothesis about the War in Heaven and the Great Flood and see lots of cross-references to other ancient stories from north and south american indians, from africans, and geological evidence, genetic evidence (really heavily leans on genetic information in their hypothesis) you should read The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya

i think some of it is almost right, i just don't think that meteor storms explains the great flood as well as a pole shift

it does actually talk about an old story about the sun turning suddenly extremely bright and it is dangerous to go outside and people start living in caves and only going out at night time, and there definitely was meteors involved i just think that geomagnetic excursion and a weakened magnetic field of the earth in general explains it all a lot better

but what you will get from the book is loads of threads to pull apart and research for yourself, it's richly annotated with references
We need Philomena Cunk to interview Graham. If anyone can expose Graham, it's her
I have never watched this show but I have listened to him on podcasts and always enjoy it. The best part is not necessarily what he says but more how it's sets your mind off wondering about the what ifs of history and imagining what it would have been like then. Just thinking about early humans traversing the earth into completely unknown wilderness and creating a primitive society is amazing. It fills you will awe to reflect on.
The first season was great, but his content is definitely best delivered in a long-form format.
