 I’m really excited about the MLS encrypted private groups and messages on Nostr. It’s another way in which Nostr is doing something nobody else can do.

 This is nostr at its best and worst. There’s some promising innovation here, but NIP-04 is seriously underrated. It shouldn’t be sidelined just because a central authority favors untested ideas. If they were confident, they’d let them compete and see what developers choose.
