It is not dangerous. It is hyperbolic, however. Nobody looks at this and thinks this the collective American position. Just like if you saw something saying “Iran release plans to nuke US”. You would go look for the name on that quote. 

 what if he tweeted from @POTUS? You would see POTUS as the person who tweeted it, and it would link to the REAL profile.  

 And you would be a moron for not critically analyzing the scenario and the details around it. Odell said it could start wars and that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life.
