New York govt officials don’t understand this asset class, so they choose to ban everything bitcoin related to tie the business licenses up in courts for 3-4 years - as per standard NY procedure… All the legitimate businesses that provide value to society (like strike) will get approved, eventually… Can’t wait to be free of this hellscape.

This is great advice 👏. How do we feel about Strike security as far as "wallets" are concerned? There are a lot of people with buisnesses that I've been speaking with about accepting bitcoin as a method of payment in the US (Strike is a good way to do that) and I've been wondering exactly how safe it is to store your bitcoin on Strike long term as opposed to a Trust Wallet or a Trezor for example?

There's no algo on Nostr, Just a brain dump honest question 🫡. I just learned about "Q" cold card wallet so I got something out of it, I hope others did as well.
Would you recommend "Q" or the "Mark 4"?
No exchange, Strike included, is safe to store #Bitcoin long-term. Get a cold storage device like a cold card, jade, etc. and store your #BTC that way. Get extra security points, when you engrave your seed phrase in steel.

One of the few actors I am optimistic about. I try not to have heroes, but hard not to cheer @jack mallers and @strike team on. It’s my belief that Strike is going to be one of the biggest players aiding the transition from fiat when we hit the adoption inflection point.
Strike is a full KYC app. I wonder why you still promoting it it and other apps that are not KYC you have no words. such hypocrisy ?
I agree that kyc is not ideal but if youre gonna use kyc service, it should be strike
If you are gonna use a KYC service it doesn't matter who you use might as well go for the most established or cheapest. But that's besides the point, why promote centralised services in the first place.
