Bought a cheap-ish (€150) Brother color laserprinter in 2017, still going strong. Doesn't mind not being used for months at a time, can push 100s of pages if needed, knock-off toner cartridges are available, works like a charm. Only thing that doesn't work anymore is the duplex machinery, which is a minor inconvenience but not worth repairing/replacing it for. So much better than the HP inktjet hostage situation.
I'll buy the current equivalent TODAY if you have a model number. $90 for ink that dries up can suck it. HP can suck it even harder.
HL-3150CDW. No idea what today's equivalent model would be. Maybe something like a HL-L3220CWE? Having it networked is a big plus for our use, always available and can print from any desktop/laptop and from mobile (android at least).
I'm all over it, thanks!
I hope they haven't changed build quality over the years, can't vouch for current products. 🤞
It can't be worse than what I have. I'll roll the dice.
I have a brother laser printer running for past 10 years. Still going strong!
