Peach Ice Cream: make it at the end of the year and you won’t have anything left! πŸ˜‹

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of peaches in syrup
- 300 ml of peach syrup
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 c. of cornstarch soup
- 1 box. of cream
- 1 sachet of peach gelatin
- 250 ml boiling water
- 250 ml ice water

WAY OF DOING:
In a blender, blend the syrup with 4 peach halves in syrup.

In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the condensed milk, then add the cream, milk and the whipped syrup mixture. Turn on the heat and mix until it thickens like a porridge. Take the cream to a refractory and let it cool well.

Hydrate the gelatin with boiling water and then with ice water, waiting for it to cool.
Arrange the peaches on top of the cream in the ovenproof dish, and pour the gelatin on top. Place in the fridge for 4 hours and serve!
