1. The required use  of  third-party image hosts. That is now how decentralization works. Relays should at least have the option to store it or use S3-compatible storage versus custom-made solutions.

2.  Spam

3. Every Web Interface is not good, terrible user experience and complexity

4. Relays are not built to scale to many users like competing products and uses a lot of disk IO.  They all rate-limit like crazy.
 
 I’ll only comment on the first one bc that’s the one I’m familiar with.. if you really wanted to you could use your own s3 bucket n your own relay that’s what makes it decentralized
