I don't have these ticked. How do are they being filtered for me? I'm just asking cos I'm wondering what else is being filtered for me.

 Yeah I'm ok with blocking the Freefrom spam, but that's cos I know what it is. I'm just hoping it's not blocking other things, I would never know about and I don't want blocked ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ 

 Yes, fair response - would like some transparency with any filters. A technical description is fine if it explains exactly whats going on. 

 Security filters are some light web of trust. if 5(?) Of your follows muted an account, they will show up automatically with the warning 

 If you switch these off do you see the spam? I don't.
