 If it bother you just mute or block it. On nostr you are in control of your feed 

 Just mute the account. Takes about 3 seconds and it's gone.

 You'll want to block from their note(s) and not going to the profile. Blocking/ muting from the profile doesn't work.  

 It's super annoying but hard to block the spam on the relays. Amethyst allows you to block by profile pic, maybe @Derek Ross can help you out here. 

 Yeah, block the profile pic. I haven't seen him since. 

 I added utxo relays in general relays and it worked... Try it!
