 Depending on your client you use and depending on relay settings for mirroring other relays you can post on one single but still show at some others.

 Yes there is also the fact that some of the test relays aren't added to clients so they aren't discovered. 

i want this before blasting out stuff that is production ready :)

Then it's probably because relays syncing setup with other relays you see it on more than the one you posted on.
