### Enable 3rd Party Sources on Kodi

By default, Kodi disables the ability to install anything from 3rd parties.

You will need to install the Elementum 3rd party repository into Kodi, so you need to enable "Unknown Sources" in Kodi Settings.

To Enable Unknown Sources:

1. Open Kodi
   > (Hint: Kodi opens full screen,
      so it is convenient to open
      it on another desktop, and
      switch back-&-forth between
      desktops.
      Ctrl+Alt+ArrowUp zooms out
      to all desktops on the
      Cinnamon desktop)

2. Go to:
  - --> Settings (Gear Icon)
    - --> System
    - --> Add-ons
    - --> and Toggle on "Uknown sources"

You are now ready to install add-ons and repos from other sources, such as local files on your computer, or GitHub folders, or bittorrent streaming plugins that are condemned by the Kodi development team.
