@f1c6c5c3 Given the frequency of spammer calls/TXTs, butt-dialing, self-important app alerts and reach-out calls by support organisations, frankly it's a risk to leave a "secret" phone powered up whenever it's within listening range of others. 

 @a6e37bc3 It is. But the emergency alert is a particularly unusual risk, since the audible alert generally bypasses "silence" settings.
