 Great question Julian. My BTC regret was not understanding the 4 year cycle and selling in a panic when I should have been holding with strong hands.  

 Dialling in too much to all the hopium from Plan B. 

 Not buying in 2014 when a mate told me about it, he didn't either though.  

 Even if you had bought Bitcoin back in 2010/2011/2012 you'd still have to have made it all the way to today. It seems like most of people I know who have larger amounts of BTC were those who bought or mined a bunch and completely forgot about it until it exploded.

Between the Mt. Goxes and all of the various hacks (exchange or otherwise) and the splits and other craziness, it seems like the more involved you were with crypto the more likely you lost (or spent) your coins along the way.

 Definitely not the thousands of dollars I poured into the mtg tournament scene between 2010 and 2012.  That playset of JtMS was incredible but the opportunity cost was about 4000 Bitcoin😬🤣

I actually don't have any regrets. I wasn't ready and wouldn't have valued it correctly before I put the work in. Sometimes you aren't on the right frequency to receive what the universe provides.
 

 my biggest regret? the first halving.
