Friendly reminder that the more you remove your body and mind from a natural environment, the more dis-ease you will experience.

Then, your doctor will try to blame it on genes and prescribe a medication that will only make things worse.

 Can totally confirm.

Spending an enormous amount of time behind the screen, from morning till evening. It sucks a lot of my energy and I'm feeling worn out most of the time. I noticed, that the more time I spend at the screen, doesn't mean I'll get more stuff done.

But actually, the goal is to spend less time behind the screen and more time being in touch with natural things.

That's why I started going for walks into the park in the morning, for about an hour. Doing this for over 2 weeks already and my well-being has tremendously improved.

Walking around, starring at trees, plants, rivers and ponds. Listening to the sound of the wind rushing through the leaves. Letting my thoughts run wild, thinking about everything and nothing.

And when coming home, it's still in the morning. I'm feeling refreshed and more at ease. There's still enough time to do all the work. But now I'm more focused and less distracted. Things just get done and are not stretched across the entire day anymore.
