Homeowners: How do you balance the DIY of shitty, boring maintenance and repair jobs with just spending money you could have bought BTC with to have someone else do it? Do you DIY it all? Outsource it all? 50/50?
I outsource shit I want done right and I know I will probably fuck up because it is the first time doing. Surprisingly for right now that is not too many things.
Pretty much the same, but sometimes even stuff I know how to do piles up and I’d rather pay to do something else with my time.
Your time is your most valuable asset
the one currency we all share in common is time and no one knows what balance they have left.
I do nothing for as long as possible. Once the wife packs her bags to leave I start looking at DIY youtube videos.
😂
Did some plastering myself recently because it was a small job, I could do it, and I probably needed the practise. And because if I'd screwed it up I could have it fixed for about the same as outsourcing from the beginning. Free time vs stacking skills vs stacking corn, the struggle is real
