Also if you look closely at the throat tattoo im at least 70% sure im seeing an adams apple emphasized by the position of the butterfly wings 

 Has no typical female curvature, only flatness. That also makes me highly suspicious. 

 What got my attention was the jaw and stiff walk, no sway to the hips. Upon closer inspection, everything else started falling into place. 

 It doesn’t take an A&P and biology student to tell you what you already know deep down. It’s the subtleties!
