 Frankly, HTML and CSS can just be saved as text inside relays. The median page has 68 KB of CSS, and 30 KB of HTML, which is way below current relay limits. Virtually every relay can store them just like they store blog posts.

 Not only HTML, but we can have custom interfaces directly  into the app in the future. Javascript is trickier because of the need to sandbox it, but it's not impossible. 

Imagine an HTML+CSS overlay on top of videos like Instagram and TikTok do. You can just write it and the app can translate HTML text just like posts today.
