It really depends on how hot your rig gets. It doesn't take much heat for the BPA to leach out. If you take a sniff and the air smells like hot plastic, bingo that should be listed as a food ingredient now due to how much has leached into your food. While this wouldn't give you cancer over night it certainly would drastically increase the likelyhood the longer it is consumed. My biggest worry would be whatever industrial chemicals are used in the manufacturing process. Who the fuck knows what else is leaching into the food. Either way holy fuck dude get it tested immediately. While this is a very innovative it is right up there with strapping a rocket to my back and trying to break the sound barrier on roller blades. Maybe most of the bad stuff has already burned off? Maybe as it gets older the components degrade and release more contaminants.

No. It will not burn off completely. As long as the materials exist they will continue to leach contaminants into your food.
