Been there. If you're already on your phone you've lost the battle.
I have a personal rule for that; phone off by 8pm, and not back on until 8am. Gotta restrict that 420nm blue light for better circadian rhythm
Doesn’t the dimming mode get rid of that? My phone is dimmed at all times, even during the day
It’s not strong enough, you need to go into settings, accessibility, display and text and go to color filters. You can make a shortcut so that you can turn it on and off; that’s how have it set up.
