Did you log in to the new Nostr client? Maybe the new client did not cache the follow list properly, and the data pulled was the old follow list, resulting in the loss of the people you followed. 

 Maybe…  I literally don’t care is the thing. my follow list on social media shouldn’t be that important in the scope of things
