However, is it possible to have those settings be interpreted as a reject or ignore type of blocking per alias / per contact ?

My understanding is that the reject / ignore behaviour is global to the whole platform ?

Hi! Thank you for the follow-up. If a certain sender is blocked, they won't receive any bounce-back messages. However, if the alias is disabled, you will be able to choose between the option to Ignore (the sender will see the email as delivered, but you won't receive anything) or the option to Reject (the sender will be told your alias does not exist)
