I wish my grandmother was still alive so we could go mushroom picking in the forest.

One of my favourite activities from childhood.

I wasn't a massive fan of eating mushrooms, but I loved the activity of searching for them. 

 Are you able to distinguish between safe and harmful mushrooms. I've always been made to think mushrooms in the wild are poisonous. Safety of supermarket food 🙃 supermarket food safe, upside down world we live in!  

 I've never been willing to test the theory.... 

 I use an app to identify leaves trees. But wouldn't want to take the risk without someone with experience for mushrooms. Makes you think how much knowledge is being lost from our previous generations.
