At what point does a nation state Limited Company structure become obsolete?

What is the innovation there?

I don’t think limited liability is something to do away with for an entrepreneur 

I just wonder how a corporate actor might operate without ad much potential political pressure..?

 However, limited liability remains essential to protect entrepreneurs.
