#randomplate #Foodstr #Zapcooking has anyone on here ever heard of cold searing a steak? ( nostr:nprofile1qqst68senq8zey0xm3jhaykz2a3v4zpwhynj6fteugslqdlex7ydaygprfmhxue69uhhg6r9vehhyetnwshxummnw3erztnrdaksz9thwden5te0v4jx2m3wdehhxarj9ekxzmnyqyt8wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnwdaehgu3wvfskueqgzfsff I was wrong about everything I said about how to make a steak. I've changed my mind) I tried a new thing and it worked steaktastically!!! Potatoes flavor on point. Yes I messed up the plating. I'm aware I was trying something new and I got a little too aggressive. As for the onion and tomato, still a work in progress. But today great progress was made!!! https://image.nostr.build/b8e27c73d03fe70a5037bc9249d2fa809234e7432c44c818b8bc43c7d0c1bfd8.jpg https://image.nostr.build/30cf8f26ac911030dbef71ee36873af2b939441020f1f2e2515fab59e549c225.jpg
Better off without the starch!
💯 not going to argue that at all In fact I was thinking about that as I was plateing it. You will probs start seeing less starch in the Future but it will still make an appearance from time to time.
