He might try to introduce KYC in bitcoin for corporations. Nobody is looking for dictators though. Only better decision making and less dysfunctionality.
i'm half-joking but you'd be surprised how often i've been asked to be a dictator, how often i've needed to actively resist getting more power and responsibilities, people really like their power structures even where they make no sense
