@669563d8 what she doesn’t get is that if you make it harder for landlords to evict they will all have to raise their rent prices to compensate and stop maintaining and making cheaper rental units. 

They have already done that and I know people, middle class people, that look into buying income property and one of the first things they learn from experienced investors is to not buy property with low income rental units.
