 Though Primal now displays long-form notes (kind 30023), it does not support creating them. They must be created in a client such as habla.news, highlighter.com, yakihonne, or blogstack.io.

 I have one note that was selected, but was posted from Primal (not highlighter or habla) my guess is that it was longer than usual.
