It is dumb to blame the masses. If devs want full decentralization they should make easy to install apk apps to run nodes and help the network that function on smartphones. People are lazy yes, but they also have a lot to do. They cannot spend hours and hours to set up a node that constantly breaks. 

 Pheonix, Mutiny and Zeus all do that today. Folks still use WoS and Blink and the like, myself included. I'm a self custody maxi and node runner and custodial wallets still have a place and use in my life. 

 I tried to use Mutiny and my funds were stuck for weeks. 

 Phoenix is a robbery in terms of costs, does Zeus allow you to self custody lightning as a standalone solution nowadays?
