 The science, you mean biology? I seem to recall it defines female as having XX chromosomes and an innate capacity to give birth.

 Transphobia is a euphemism for controlling the thoughts, opinions and even religion of other people.  For you it is not enough that libertarians like me leave adults alone, no we have to change our thinking, science and religion to cater to feelings of discomfort of a tiny proportion of the population.  I will not.
