trying to make my phone as non-addictive as possible.

uninstalled a plethora of apps, including Damus and SimpleX.

will only be using web clients for now.

 focus 🧘‍♂️
Turn the screens color off. Black and white only helps.
I hope you can achieve your goals by taking this step. 🫂💜
Epic move. Also put your phone on silent. Just because a call or message comes in doesn't mean it needs your immediate attention. Taking that control back will also give you another big step forward.
Good for you keep going 🫡
 Good man tanel!
A couple of months ago I started using a minimalist launcher to help me be more mindful before using apps. Then started uninstalling apps I didn't use.
I've only left to find a replacement for YouTube. If I could get that content reliably on Spotify I would be set. The YouTube algo has gotten horrible last couple years but there's still a lot of resources that I would love to keep.
Maybe I just do away with it, amongst all the distractions I can't say I actually get a lot of value out of it.
Of course, desktop is cool. Way more customisable so a lot more productive overall, but I spend enough time sitting at the office, it kills me to go from one office to the next.
Doing this actually helps a ton. 👌
 Genius move.
